Seriously, the dude was WR #5 last year when the scabs throwing him the ball could barely get it there more than half the time. Now he’s got his regular quarterback, a decent fantasy points maker in his own right, how is this not a match made in Heaven?
People are going to look at my $51 auction value ($200 budget) and think I’m crazy, but it’s worth two month’s salary to get a guy who could easily be commanding the top price among WRs in 2021. The great news is: No one in any auction league is going to bid you all the way up to $51, so you’ll be getting a discount no matter what.
Best Case Scenario:
A top-two fantasy finish that wins leagues and swoons owners everywhere.
Worst Case Scenario:
I don’t know what you want me to say: Stafford gets injured again and Golladay yet again becomes a… middle WR1? The real worst-case scenario is that I quit fantasy football in 2021 because I can’t stand throwing him back into the player pool in the offseason for redraft leagues.
