As a fantasy wide receiver in 2019, Michael Gallup was as reliable as buying a pet from Big John’s Beavers, in other words: pretty darn good. He finished 21st among wide receivers. He’s falling to the seventh round and an average of $3-4 auction dollars, which is great value for the second wide receiver in one of the league’s most potent passing offenses. Plus, there are 30-50 deaths from dog attacks each year but only one known fatality by a beaver, ever. Isn’t your life worth more than some old furniture?

Moore fits right into that huge group of likely WR2s that you should wait to get until round 7 or, at auction, for 50% of their listed value or less. We wouldn’t reach for him, though. If you’re going to reach for a Cowboy just grab Amari Cooper in the third (or for $20-$30).
Best Case Scenario:
Michael Gallup falls to you in the 7th or for $5 or less. You don’t have to spend time each week scrounging through the FA for a second wide receiver. You are able to rehome your current pets to make room for an adorable and violently territorial beaver.
Worst Case Scenario:
You reach for Michael Gallup, wasting valuable draft capital. CeeDee Lamb has a breakout season and gets moved to the outside. Gallup still has a productive season as a fantasy WR3, but you fail to take advantage of Big John’s buy-one-get-one-free deal on tranquilizer darts, which costs you money in the long run.
